Job Description:

Remotelio is seeking a highly organized, strategic, and dynamic Chief of Staff to help support and manage our rapidly growing organization. You will be working directly with the CEO, assisting with strategy, communications, and operations to drive the mission of the company forward.

Responsibilities:

1. Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and leadership team, assisting in decision-making and priority setting.
2. Manage and facilitate strategic initiatives and projects across the organization.
3. Aid in the preparation and execution of Board, Executive, and All Hands meetings.
4. Assist in coordinating public relations and external communications.
5. Streamline internal communications, ensuring transparency and consistency.
6. Identify operational bottlenecks and develop systems and processes to improve efficiency.
7. Represent the CEO in meetings and other engagements as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in a Chief of Staff, Business Operations, or similar executive-level role.
2. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
3. Strong strategic and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work well under pressure, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility.
5. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff and external partners.
6. Experience with remote work environments is a plus.
