Job Description:

We're looking for a dynamic Social Media Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing our social media strategy across multiple platforms to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
2. Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news).
3. Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
4. Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
5. Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
6. Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.

Qualifications:

1. Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
2. Experience in content management.
3. Excellent copywriting skills.
4. Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
5. Knowledge of online marketing channels.
6. Familiarity with web design and publishing.
7. Excellent communication skills.
8. Analytical and multitasking skills.
9. BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field is a plus.
